Troll is most often used as a damage dealer in a debuff-focused team, and is particularly infamous for the massively damaging attacks he can unleash when properly set up.

#TROLL STRONGHOLD PATCH#

Teleporting here allows players to reach the God Wars Dungeon and Troll Stronghold easily where there is a disease-free herb patch (usable only after completing My Arm's Big Adventure). And similarly to the aforementioned Black dragons, Troll stronghold creatures before Death Plateau and Brimhaven dungeon creatures without the Woodcutting. To the east you will climb over some obstacles and come to the Troll fight arena. You will also find a secret entrance to the Troll Stronghold (marked with a yellow square on the map). Players must have completed the Eadgar's Ruse quest to use this spell. The western one will lead to the eastern bit of Fremennik Province, just east of the slayer dungeon. Trollheim Teleport teleports the caster to the top of the Trollheim, just outside of Eadgar's Cave.
